We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Attend to customer transactions in real-time
Actively help customers with questions and achieve their needs
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to develop and manage a system of operation
Passionate about customer service
Not more than 28 years old
Must live within close proximity to the office location, Lekki
Must be able to take on night and weekend shifts when required
Must be Tech Savvy
Highly entrepreneurial – comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative
Excellent collaborator and team player
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Good computer typing speed. This will be tested below.
Previous experience inFintech, E-commerce related company is an added advantage
OND / HND / BSc qualification.

Salary:
N100,000 per month
