To lead implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales plans to drive sales and revenue
Develop & implement the rudiments of a successful sales organisation starting with the structure through to key deliverables
Implement a “sales process” that can be deemed as the “OnePort” way, and can be replicated across all channels as we expand
Monitor and ensure the successful delivery of the commercial department’s sales figures (daily – annually)
To be a key player in the development of the ‘go to market’ sales strategy
To lead on delivering a best-in-class client experience that ensures customer retainership and a key driver of connecting our African clients to global trade
Develop from scratch, a top-level CRM process/ tool that can produce a “wow” factor in every of our dealings with clients
Plan and implement the departmental annual calendar of activities including campaign activities, launches/promotions, fundraising initiatives, special events for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities
