We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Manage HR team to ensure company’s HR needs are met
Prepare annual budget proposal and development program
Ensure payroll compliance with statutory Regulations
Expatriate management
Develop performamnce management program monthly and yearly
Manage Labour relation
Empolyee retention program.
Criteria
Indepth knowledge of HR functional units and implementation
Indepth knowledge of Nigerian Labor regulation
At least 3 years HR practice at managerial position
Experience in mobile phone industry will be an added advantage.
