We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Learning and Development Assistant
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Identify training needs for staff in collaboration with Managers
Develop modules/contents and facilitate training
Facilitate Onboarding Process
Organize training for the team
Co-ordinate Performance Management System
Manage the learning and development calendar
Implement L & D budget
Maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures
Monitor and collate L&D evaluation forms
Ensure statutory compliance to Industrial Training Fund
Skills / Abilities
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to prioritise
Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP, HRIS and other related softwares.
Other Requirement:
Female Preferable (for gender balance)
