A Lagos based group of companies having interests in Engineering, Manufacturing, Agriculture and Real Estate seeks for experienced professionals who have a mix of operational prowess to get great work done.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Group Head, Sales and Marketing
Location: Lagos
Description
The position require professionals possessing negotiation and collaboration skills needed to deliver exceptional service to our partners and inspire a team of people across companies in the group.
Summary
The Group Head with be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall sales and marketing strategy.
Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company’s success, hence the incumbent must have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and utilizing different digital marketing channels in addition to having relevant experience in traditional outdoor marketing and sales.
Responsibilities
Accomplish marketing and sales human resource goals
Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goals
Prepare an annual budget to meet marketing and sales financial goals
Identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities
Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients
Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports
Stay up to date on job knowledge and collaborate with other managers and key employees in sales and marketing department to achieve important goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing or related field, possession of an MBA qualification in Marketing
Digital technologies or similar relevant field will be an added advantage
Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing, anticipating sates performance trends
Proven ability to team and understand company policies and procedures
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices; manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
Oversee all the company’s social media accounts and is responsible for maintenance of the groups eCommerce and normal website
Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
Must not be more than 45 years of age by December this year.
