The Organization distributes and supports card issuance machines as well as provide software solutions for end-to-end EMV instant card issuance and software designed to add value to its hardware range and the banks’ card issuance processes.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Technical Support Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Assist in proper monitoring and maintenance of clients devices
Assist in efficient after-sales support for all clients
Assist in installing and configuring clients devices, diagnosing software and hardware faults and proffer solutions
Consistent documenting and logging of clients problems and enquiries as relayed by the Customer Care staff
Assist in ensuring effective help desk support, rapid response to queries and all clients issues
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance for Clients
Implementation of standard processes and procedures
Training of clients on logging and resolving issues
Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
Qualifications & Skills
B.Sc / HND in Electrical / Electronics, Computer Science / Communication, Info-Tech
1 – 3 years as a System Support Officer
Analytical
Internet and Tech savvy
Customer Focused
A Team Player.
