Job Description

We are looking to hire a Client Service Representative that will engage our customers, hold conversations to understand client needs and goals, ask questions to clarify requests/concernsand take necessary actions to respond in a timely manner, while escalating client requests to the appropriate parties within the organization.
The ideal candidate for this position must have a positive attitude, charming charisma and keep a friendly but professional demeanour at all times while attending to customers.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Available to attend to customer needs at all times
Complete sales transactions and ensure conversions
Ensure issue resolution and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or any other related field
Excellent communication and conversion skills
Previous Customer Service or Sales experience will be an added advantage
Must be female and reside on Lekki/Ajah axis for proximity to work.
