We are looking for a Passionate Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and secretarial duties at the desk of our office entrance. The ideal candidate has a friendly and easy going personality, also is very perceptive and disciplined, and his/ her contribution will help increase the efficiency of the office workflow.

Qualification

A Level, OND, HND or relevant qualification.

A minimum of six (6) months of proven experience in a similar role.

Skill

Good understanding of office administration, experience using office machines e.g. printers, laminating machines, etc. 

Excellent writing, communication & people skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Customer oriented & great work attitude

Knowledge of MS Office programs

Basic Data Entry skills & knowledge of Tech is an added advantage.

Salary Range

20,000-35,000
