Deploy digital strategies to supervise the smooth running of back-office operations towards achieving defined digital KPIs?
PC – Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Advanced User
Digital: CRM administration, Sales Force Automation, E-Commerce, UX/UI, Database management, Power-BI, Tableau, Tech Savviness, Graphic design
Trade: Customer Insights Understanding, Customer engagement, Customer service & support, Inventory Management, Logistic operations, Promotions, Reconciliations, Brand & Marketing understanding  
Business Environment: Code of Conduct Knowledge, Marketing Code Knowledge, Information Systems, GDPR & Data Privacy, Procurement procedures, Vendor/External relations
Processes & Systems: Salesforce, Jira/Q-branch, SFA, Google analytics, SAP
